# Listing Marketing Dashboard

{% embed url="<https://rechatq.wistia.com/medias/equzzauzas>" %}

Every stage of your listing’s life cycle is an opportunity to showcase your expertise, promote your property, and remind your sphere of influence that you’re an active, busy real estate agent. The **Listing Marketing Dashboard** in Rechat makes it easy to do all of that. Whether you’re creating a social media post, an eBlast, or a print flyer, the dashboard helps you market your listing with ease, all while keeping your messaging on brand.

When a listing is added to Rechat through the MLS, it automatically unlocks a set of **customized marketing templates** that are ready for you to use. The templates are automatically tailored to that property, meaning you don’t have to spend time setting up your materials from scratch.

## **Key Stages for Listing Marketing:**

The dashboard provides marketing templates for each stage of your listing’s life cycle:

* [**Off Market / Coming Soon**](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/marketing/ComingSoon/Email)
* [**Just Listed**](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/marketing/JustListed/Email)
* [**Open House**](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/marketing/OpenHouse/Email)
* [**New Price / Price Reduction**](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/marketing/PriceImprovement/Email)
* [**Under Contract**](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/marketing/UnderContract/Email)
* [**Just Sold**](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/marketing/JustSold/Email)
* [**Multi-Properties**](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/marketing/Listings/Email)
* [**As Seen In**](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/marketing/AsSeenIn/Email) (for listings featured in publications)

These stages allow you to keep your audience updated and engaged throughout the entire selling process, reminding them that you’re actively closing deals.

## **How to Market Your Listing:**

If you have your listing in Rechat as a **Deal**:

1. **Go to the Deals Section**: From the main navigation menu, click on **Deals** and find the listing you want to promote.
2. **Access Marketing Tools**: Inside the deal, click on the **Marketing** tab to find all the eBlasts, social posts, and print templates available for that listing.
3. **Customize Your Templates**: Choose the template you want to use, and click **Customize**. The template will automatically pull in your listing’s details from the MLS, saving you time.
4. **Edit and Finalize**: You can easily edit text, swap out images, or add other media. When you click on a listing photo, you’ll see all the available photos from your MLS listing and any you’ve uploaded in Rechat.
5. **Publish**: Once you’re happy with the design, click **Continue**. You’ll get the option to share your design as a social post, download it, or compose an eBlast to send to your contact lists.
