Editing Forms In Rechat

You can choose to complete your forms digitally within Rechat without ever leaving your app.

Steps

1. Select the title of a form under the Listing Folder, or select the Edit Form button in front of the respective form.

2. You will then be able to see an editable version of the PDF document which you can edit right in your browser.

Tip: One of Rechat’s key benefits is limiting retyping data. Rechat has smart forms, so any data within your deal will automatically show up in your forms, and anything you input in the form for the first time will automatically show up on other forms within that deal if the same information is needed again. Your Rechat forms are also connected to your local MLS system and all of the listing related data will auto-populated from the MLS if the deal is connected to a MLS listing
