Most people will log into Rechat directly by going to rechat.com and selecting** Sign In** on top right. You’ll have to enter your username (typically your email address) and your password.

If you don't have an account but your company is using Rechat, please contact your company's admin for more information. Or, contact Rechat support by using the chat button at the bottom right of this page.

If your company is not using Rechat and you don't have an account, try signing up here.

If you ever forget your password, you can click the “Forgot” link on the Sign in page to reset it. If you don't see the reset link directly in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders.

Some clients will access Rechat via their Intranet. If you are unsure if this applies to you, check with your admin or principal.
