Rechat was built mobile-first to cater to real estate professionals on the go. We believe the future of work for real estate is mobile, and agents should be able to do all of their work using of their phone.
You can install the Rechat iPhone App from the App Store here. Or just search for "Rechat Inc." in the Apple App Store from your iPhone.
When you access your iPhone Rechat app for the first time you will be prompted with a number of notifications asking you to give Rechat different permissions** and you will want to say Yes to all permissions**. These are essentials for your app to be fully-functional.
Rechat will ask to:
Turn on your notifications: You want notifications to be on so you can get notified when your office or clients message you, when your contacts open your emails or when new listings hit the market.
Share your location while the app in use: This will allow your map experience to work well. Then, when you visit the Properties tab on your phone, you can quickly see all MLS listings that are for sale around you.
Access Your Contacts: Rechat will never message or spam your contacts or share them with anyone. But by enabling access to contacts you can then easily use your iPhone contacts in your CRM instead of having to manually enter them into your database.
For the most part, many of the same features are available on both the web and iOS applications, with a few exceptions. The following are a list of feature offerings that differ from on the web and iOS applications:
The iOS application only offers social media templates in the Marketing Center, and does not include email, newsletters, or print templates.
The single property website feature is not available on the iOS application.
Forms can be sent for signatures on Docusign, but the forms are currently not editable on the iOS application.
MLS search on the web application only includes Single Family properties, the iOS application also includes Lot/Land, Multifamily, and Lease properties.
