Assigning Contacts
Some contacts, like Compliance Managers or Admins, need to be automatically included in every deal. You can assign them once here instead of relying on agents to add them manually.
Step 1: Go to Deals Settings > Checklists.

Step 2: Assign a Contact Role (e.g., “Transaction Manager” or "Sales Manager").

Step 3: Save changes.
Best Practices
Assign roles that are always required, like Compliance or Office Managers.
Avoid overloading with too many contacts to keep it streamlined.
Review contact assignments whenever staff or roles change.
