Rechat Admins now have access to Deals created by Agents; this allows them to efficiently examine all details before each transaction.
In addition, Agents can now notify Admins of any deal updates. After providing the required data requested by the Admin office, the update submission will be immediately visible to the Admin.
This facilitates structured communication between Agents and the Admin's back office, enabling them to review updates through a streamlined process.
We have implemented these changes on the Agents' Deals page in the latest release:
The eye option has been replaced with the "Make Visible to Office" button on top of the deals page. But the Admins can still Search the agents' deal drafts and view them.
We have changed the "Activity" button name to "Message Office" on the Listing's checklist.
In the Message office chatroom, a bell icon populates beside the agent's activities that have been done on each checklist's task.
We have also changed the "Notify Admin" to "Notify Office to Review" on the Listing checklist.
The tasks' status badges on the Listing checklist have been changed: "Notified" to "Office Notified," "Approved" to "Office Approved," and "Declined" to "Office Declined."
When the agents upload a file, DocuSign, or split the PDF, they will see a new onscreen confirmation box to submit for Review or not submit.
In the fact sheet column, a new bell icon (next to the Timeline) has been added instead of the Setting button."
If you
We are adding new features and improvements to Rechat on a weekly basis. The most important features and improvement are recorded here so you can keep up with us!
Agents can now register all their MLS licenses to Rechat. With this new update, agents are able to add multiple license IDs through the "Add MLS account" button on the Account setting page under the Connected Accounts tab.
Agents licensed through different regions will now be able to setup a Rechat account to cover all their licenses through all regions.
Keep your checklist organized with these new features!
Admins can now regulate the tasks by putting “splitters” in the main list on the Checklists page.
Agents can also reorder the Listing checklist on the deals page by dragging and rearranging the folders and splitters that admins have added.
They can edit or delete the splitters, even add a New section through the plus button to the checklist.
The folder icon has been changed to a drop**-**down feature. Agents will also now be able to see the Listing tasks status conveniently on the right side of each item.
You can now add an element of personalization to emails that are sent to multiple recipients. The new “[P]” feature has been added and can be used as a Placeholder in your email template.
Found in the editor box, this feature allows you to specify the recipients’ and sender’s variables (First name, Last name, Display Name, etc.), which will autofill in sent emails.
Each email will be sent as if it was prepared individually for each recipient!
A search tool is now available at the top of the Teams List to quickly switch between Rechat's teams.
If you have more than five groups on your list, it will help you search the team's name, and you'll be able to conveniently toggle to other teams.
The opened account will always be visible at the bottom of the main menu.
Agents can now input lengthy descriptions in the deals’ contract field without worrying about a character limit.
The Amendment page has been designed to show the complete details of data entered in the description boxes as an attached page.
When Agents view, print, or DocuSign the digital form, the first few lines of the inputted data will appear, followed by “see amendment”; this refers to the attached Amendment page containing the complete data entered in the description boxes.
While creating emails, agents can now conveniently search for videos within Rechat. After dropping the Video block into your email, a video search box will appear - allowing you to search and pick any Youtube video available.
Pasting direct links to Youtube and/or Vimeo is still supported.
Similarly, on the editor page under Articles, Rechat will automatically load a series of articles from well-known real-estate news sites and blogs. You can easily pick the most interesting articles for your emails here.
As always, you have the ability to link to any article on the internet.
This update is found on the Deals page- when agents want to print, view, or DocuSign a deal form on the folder of the Listing checklist (if this involves multiple files) a tooltip will pop up on the right side of that case.
This opens up the folder and allows agents to select which copy is required.
In this release, we have added a Current Address line in the Buyer/Seller Lawyer contact box. You will have the option to add or edit a contact on the Deals page, under the Checklists tab.
The addresses for the lawyers of the buyer and seller will automatically submit to the sales or lease forms that require it.
Searching for a marketing template has never been easier. This update was created to enhance user experience, offering the ability to search a specific template based on the topic or category.
Under the Connected Accounts tab on the account settings page, we have added a new "Disconnect Account" button. This option allows you to disconnect your DocuSign account from Rechat.
On the Account Settings page, we have redesigned the Manage Tags tab to allow you to add and edit touch dates by selecting the edit tag icon.
This iOS update offers a new search feature that allows you to search through folders and files in the Deals segment.
Additionally, we have released another search bar on the Flow page in the More section, making it possible to quickly find what you are looking for.
On the Properties section, the MLS Source has been added to easily identify which MLS the listing originated from. You can view the MLS Source on the bottom right corner of each listing.
In the Contact Profile page, under the Events tab, agents now have the ability to select a template for birthdays, weddings, and home anniversaries. Once you do, Rechat will automatically send your contacts an email (which you can customize) on the occasion's date.
You can even change the email sender by selecting another agent in your team (if you have team members).
For the ultimate Marketing experience, this update enables you to create a Hip Pocket. This feature allows you to build custom listings in the marketing section. If your listing doesn’t exist in the MLS, you can create it by inputting the data manually.
On the Marketing center, you can also formulate the upcoming listing earlier and utilize it on your medium email to advertise until publishing the listing. All created samples are kept in the My designs tab.
The new design on the flow page gives allows you to build a reminder on three steps, that include:
Add Reminder: This allows you to set calls, meetings, follow up, etc., to remind yourself of the events. Automated Email Marketing: Besides setting the reminder, you can attach a marketing center template and send it automatically. Automated Simple Email: Or send a simple email with just a piece of text.
Moreover, you can assign the flows you have created to the contacts page and customize the triggers from there.
The Listings page is a new item that has been added to the Rechat main menu.
This will show all of your listings, your office's listing, and your brokerage's listing, each one in a different tab, so you can easily manage your listings or see your colleague's listings.
You also have the ability to create/view deals and transfer each listing to the Marketing or Open House page.
Furthermore, the search box on the top right can assists you in searching the listing based on the MLS ID or name.
On the Deals page (For Back Office Users), we have added a Closings tab to list the deals expected to close in the next 14 days.
To improve the User Interface on the Deals page, we have arranged the tasks list of a deal. You can examine the timeline, details, deal roles, and listing information altogether on the left side column.
Furthermore, we have polished the folders in the Listing’s checklist that authorizes the agents to edit and update the deal.
The Getting Started box on Rechat's dashboard serves as a guide to assist you in activating each service smoothly. This helps ensure you are able to execute each service successfully.
Each step is designed with detailed instruction on how to perform what is needed to utilize your platform.
The "Websites" page is a new service added to the Rechat main menu. This allows you to create a website with the listing's information. Easily manage them under the following tabs:
The websites you have created with Rechat templates will be saved in this tab. Here, you are able to visit the website, edit the website's title, manage the website domains, and edit/delete the website.
The Agent's website template will be shown under this tab; if they haven't built a site through the Rechat templates, the tab will be invisible.
Under this tab, you are able to design and personalize your website (in the listing template) by using the editor tools. In addition, the following are available in the template editor box: the image slider, Matterport (you can use the Matterport service provided link to import the 3D model), and Map blocks.
By clicking the Publish button, Rechat will auto-generate an exclusive domain name for your site. If you want to add a different domain, the "Manage Domain" button will lead you to search your desired domain name, purchase it, and easily connect it to your sites.
Rechat's big picture has always been about bringing your CRM and Marketing tools under the same roof so they integrate better. With this new feature, you can basically set Rechat on autopilot! When setting the birthdays, wedding anniversary and home anniversaries for your contacts, you can now select a marketing center template, and Rechat will automatically email your contacts using the template you picked, every year!
Rechat's marketing center could always load photos from different sources. We had integration with a GIF library, a royalty free high quality stock photo library and of course your own uploads. Also, we always had a mini-photoshop experience inside Rechat, which allowed you to edit the photos. All these features were quite hidden in the app and most user's wouldn't notice them. Today, we are releasing a whole new experience for adding images which will bring all these experience under the same roof.
Building on top of the new image experience, we have a new feature for brokerages. When agents are adding images to Marketing Center, in addition to previous data sources (Manual Upload, GIF Library, Image Library), we now offer a Team Library. This will include all the asset a broker can provide for their agents to use.
Starting today, every morning at 6AM (Your local time), Rechat will send a "daily" email to you.
This email is supposed to give you an overview of all the important aspects for the day:
Your daily schedule. So you can have a quick peek into your day.\
Upcoming celebrations for the next week, including birthdays, wedding and home anniversaries.
Your latest deals and the opportunity to start marketing them with a click.
Insights into the emails you sent in the past 3 days.
A schedule of upcoming Rechat webinars, so you can join us and fine tune your Rechat skills.
We will be adding more features to the daily email to make it as useful as possible.
The dialog which you use to add a new event is now redesigned. The new implementation is easier to understand and use and requires less clicks. It also resembles Google's guidelines so people using Google Calendar feel like home.
Today we are releasing a new version of one of Rechat's most popular features: Agent Network. This is a completely rebuilt of this module but here is a list of most notable changes:\
Agent Network is now accessible directly from side navigation.
You don't need a deal to access Agent Network anymore.
You can use agent network for any listing.
You can use one of your previous emails for your Agent Network marketing.
A completely overhauled user interface.
Much more accurate agent finding algorithms.
Our usability studies indicated some tiny confusions regarding the "Create" button and it's functionality. Today we are placing it on the side navigation in order to:
Make it feel global, not localized to any specific page.
Make sure it shows up on all pages where we previously didn't have room for it, like the Contact Profile.
We have a new listing page with a much more modern design. It's quite easy on the eye, is very pleasing to look at with a lot of emphasis on the listing photos
You can now market everything from your listings and brands from the iOS app. The contacts and chats experience has also been refined.
Many forms require agent and brokerage information to be stamped at the footer of each page. Rechat always did this, but it looked clumsy. This is resolved now, as the forms will now look professional and organized.
Checkoxes inside our forms now have a consistent and improved look. This makes our forms look far more polished and professional and readable (before and after pictures below).
When typing contract information, anywhere you have to type a dollar amount, Rechat will help you by automatically formatting the numbers, adding comma separators for you. This makes it easier to write in forms, and also results in more professional contracts written by you.
Typing contracts requires a lot of dates being defined. Rechat will now open up a calendar to help you type in dates in your forms.
We have a redesigned listing card. Through the whole app, listing information have an improved look and feel as well as a slideshow you can use to view all pictures of a listing.

Managing contacts, communications and your sphere.
CRM is an acronym that stands for Customer Relationship Management. It is a technology for managing all of your business relationships and interactions with your contacts, existing clients and potential clients. It has a simple goal: improve business relationships to grow your business. A CRM system helps you stay connected to your clients, streamline processes, and improve profitability.
CRMs are generally designed to streamline and improve customer interaction, the sales process, and the running of marketing campaigns. They do this by making workflow and the sales pipeline more efficient — automating tasks and analyzing data.
PS: It sounds more complicated than it is. If you are growing your real estate business, you either need to hire assistants and have them hustle, or put a system in place that makes it easy for you to stay on top of everything. That system is called a CRM.
In order to be a top performing agent, you need to constantly stay in touch with your sphere. On average you want to have 30-40 touch-points per year to stay relevant to your clients. These would be a mix of direct touch-points such as calls or birthday and anniversary celebration messages, and indirect touch-points that you still need to customize for your sphere, such as sending mailers, online ads or email newsletters. Having frequent touch-points will result in your sphere knowing and trusting you.
Rechat will help you automate many of your touch-points and remind you to stay on top of the rest.
A CRM system can give you a clear overview of your clients. You can see everything in one place — a simple, customizable dashboard that can tell you a client’s previous history with you, the status of their deals, and more. You can think of a CRM as your own private social media with a ton of valuable information about your relationships: It’s an extension of your brain.
Utilizing a CRM will help you improve your customer’s experience, and agents who invest in a CRM are seeing extremely positive results. A recent industry-wide survey has shown that 89% of an average agent's time is spent on doing the "leg-work," such as administrative work, rekeying info, and other non-income producing work, while only 11% of an agent's time was actually spent on connecting with their clients and sphere.
More administration and more data entry means less time for everything else. An active Realtor is involved with a growing number of relationships and transactions -- and a flood of data. Agents are out on the road talking to customers, meeting prospects, and finding out valuable information — but most of it ends up scribbled on a piece of paper or becomes a mental note likely to be forgotten later. Details can get lost, meetings lack follow-up, and prioritizing clients and prospects may become a matter of guesswork rather than a rigorous exercise based on data. Even worse, past clients may be forgotten. NAR reports that only 18% of agents follow up with their past clients in year one after closing. \
Rechat was built mobile-first to cater to real estate professionals on the go. We believe the future of work for real estate is mobile, and agents should be able to do all of their work using of their phone.
For the most part, many of the same features are available on both the web and iOS applications, with a few exceptions. The following are a list of feature offerings that differ from on the web and iOS applications:
The iOS application only offers social media templates in the Marketing Center, and does not include email, newsletters, or print templates.
The single property website feature is not available on the iOS application.
Forms can be sent for signatures on Docusign, but the forms are currently not editable on the iOS application.
MLS search on the web application only includes Single Family properties, the iOS application also includes Lot/Land, Multifamily, and Lease properties.

There are a few ways to organize your contacts in Rechat but the simplest and fastest way to do so is through .
The simplest way to identify specific groups of interests, so you can send them targeted email marketing.
Tags are labels you create to help organize your contacts. Tagging lets you bring your own contact structure into Rechat. It is the simplest way to organize and categorize your contacts. Tagging lets you easily sort, filter, segment and target contacts with campaigns designed around their specific interests and actions. It makes it easy to look up specific contacts quickly, and to be able to market to them with a click.
We recommend creating a tag for every key group of contacts you'd like to send a message to. You can easily create any custom tag in Rechat CRM. Some tags recommended for Realtors are as follows:
Buyer
Seller
Past Client
Hot list (recommended by Ninja selling, referring to any of your contacts who are going to purchase within the next 3 months).
Warm list (anyone who is considering buying in the next 3-12 months)
Other suggestions for tags to help with your marketing initiatives or just organize your database:
Hobbies: If you share specific hobbies with your contacts like Wine, Car, Travel or Sports teams.
Tag specific contacts who you might want to market to for special events, e.g. Mother and Father are good tags so you can send Happy Mother's or Father's day cards.
If you have special types of buyers you can tag them as such: Investor, Land, Commercial.
Tagging by neighborhoods, zip codes and pockets might also be helpful.
Vendor: Used as a generic tag or the type of specific service they offer.
In Rechat you can create a marketing email, or compose a normal email and type in a tag and any contact in your CRM with that tag will receive a copy of that email.
In Rechat you have the ability to set a Touch Reminder on a tag. This basically means that Rechat will automatically track when you were last in touch with a contact in that specific tag, and if your last touch is more than what you have set as the touch frequency for that tag, then Rechat will send you a reminder to get in touch with them.
For example, you might put 45 days for your Past Client Tag. And if you have a contact tagged as Past Client and you have not been in touch with them for more than 45 days, then Rechat will notify you that you are falling out of touch with that contact and need to take action.
You can tag any of your contacts by either going to the contact profile, or going to the main contact tab where you will see a list of all your contacts.
From the main menu click on Contacts.
Select the contact you want to tag by hovering over them and enabling the checkbox.
At the bottom of screen, a toolbar opens up. Click Tag on the toolbar.
A dialog opens up with the list of your tags. Select the tags you want to apply to contacts you selected.
Click Save.
Rechat lets you filter your contacts based on different criteria. For example, you can filter contacts that are tagged by Christmas but are not Agents. You can then save the combination of filters as a List so later you can click on the list name and see the results for those filters. Anytime a contact’s tags are updated to match the criteria of a list, then that contact would automatically show up in that list.
Here’s how to filter and save as a List important groups of contacts:
A list is a group of your contacts defined by rules (or filters) that you set. Contacts are automatically added to the List every time the contact updates to match those rules.
You can then easily market to your lists by typing their names in your compose view.
There are two ways to manage duplicates in Rechat: 1. Rechat auto-detects contacts that appear to be duplicates based on their email or phone number, and will notify you at the top of the Contacts view if there any
2. You can manually select a few contacts and at the bottom of the page choose the Merge option to merge them all into one.
Setting follow**-**ups and acting on them is arguably the single most important activity you should do regularly in your CRM. That's why you utilize a CRM: to quickly set follow-ups and ensure you make contact when reminded.
Get in touch with a contact (Phone, Text, In-person meeting).
Log it in your CRM.
Set a follow up reminder in your calendar.
If you manage to do these three steps religiously, then before you know it your CRM engine starts running and you are on auto-pilot, growing your business!
Set a follow-up with creating a calendar reminder. Select** Create** on the side navigation bar, and then select Event.
You can also add an event from a contact profile.
If you send an email, Rechat will then ask if you wanted to be reminded for a follow-up, with some simple suggestions which will make a calendar event for you and put it in your calendar.
In all above cases you will have a calendar event created for you which will notify you for that event, and then you need to make sure you make that contact and don't skip the activity.

Some commonly asked questions about Rechat CRM.

Your data -- including contacts, emails and calendar events -- are all yours and we never share them with anyone. And if you leave Rechat, you can delete them and disconnect your account.
Yes, but you won't be able to fully utilize all of Rechat's features and automation. There is absolutely no cost for you to connect your account: It's safe and the cost is included in your account. The table below is based on statistics published by NAR, showing the odds of closing leads based on the original source you have received them from. On the left side, you can see the list of all the different ways you can receive a lead, and on the right side you can see the number of leads you need to get and work with before you can actually close one. The three sources at the bottom of the table have a significantly higher rate of closing than any other type of lead and top-producing agents put all of their focus there. In fact, 86% of a top-producing agent's income comes from referrals and repeat business.
Marketing for eery stage of your listing, eBlast, Social and Print.
Every key stage of your listing's life cycle (as listed below) is a great opportunity to do some marketing. This helps sell the listing, but more importantly it reminds your sphere that you sell real estate -- and you are busy!
For some stages, it makes sense to create multiple posts to share over a few days with different photos of the listing, to promote it more aggressively. Or, you might send out an eBlast for a Just Listed and then include the listing in your end-of-week newsletter, or an eBlast you send that features all your listings.
You can find eBlasts, and social posts made for each of these stages in Rechat.

Another property-related template is a multiple-property email. This category is quite popular and used by agents who are promoting and sharing multiple listings at the same time. Many agents use these templates for weekly newsletters they send out to their sphere, promoting different listings and open houses. It is also common practice for agents to use these templates to share a number of listings with their buyers, so the communication is organized, trackable, beautiful and on-brand.

Some changes can be applied inline, right inside the email. Some other attributes can be manipulated using the attributes on the right toolbar.
As you can see in the following figure, changing the copy or formatting of the text is done right inside the email. See the Attributes Example to see how some other changes can be applied to contents.
You can see how some other changes, like the padding or background color, could be applied using the right hand toolbar.

There are some basic guidelines to follow when creating an email campaign that can ensure your email looks professional and beautiful. Here are some tips you can follow.
Alignment of your content is #1 most important item on how beautiful your email will look. Make sure things are nicely aligned.
It's a very common mistake to center-align text blocks. Centered text is uneasy on the eye and makes the text difficult to read. Reserve center-alignments only for headings.
Using pictures in your emails always adds flavor and life. Using high-quality professional photos for your listings makes a massive difference.
Imagine we're near Halloween and you want to send a newsletter to your clients. Want to add a little pumpkin spice to your email? Here's how:
In the editor, open up **Basics **category
Find **Image Editor **block
Drag and drop it into your email
Search for Halloween in the library
Browse through all results, find an image you like
Select it

On top of the page, there is a **Phone **icon to the right of the computer screen icon. Click on it. The page will shrink down to size of a generic cell phone, showing you how it will look on a smaller device. To go back to desktop view, click on the Screen icon. Make sure your email looks good on both a phone and a computer.
Once you send an email campaign, you can track the detailed results about its recipients.
Once you send an email campaign, you can follow and see:
Which emails were delivered
Which emails were bounced
Which emails were opened
Which emails were clicked
Which emails were unsubscribed
This will give you very important feedback regarding your emails. For example, if you see someone has clicked on your email which advertised a listing, you know that person may be interested, making them a good candidate for more follow-ups.
Each campaign can also report more details on each recipient's stats. Click on a campaign from your insights page to get more details.
On the left navigation click on Insights.
Click on the email campaign you want to get details about.
At the top-right side of the table find the sort option.
